Refund policy
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and not installed.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- All part, fittings, manuals & accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Because taps are plumbing fixtures, installed or partially installed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Non- returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Installed product.
- Custom or special order taps.
- Clearance or final sale taps.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
Faulty or damaged products
If your tap arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged claims.
- Provide photos and your order number.
- Do not install the item if it appears to be damaged.
we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund where a genuine fault is confirmed.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive & inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order must go through the standard returns process.
