Refund policy

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and not installed.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All part, fittings, manuals & accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Because taps are plumbing fixtures, installed or partially installed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Non- returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Installed product.
  • Custom or special order taps.
  • Clearance or final sale taps.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

Faulty or damaged products

If your tap arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged claims.
  • Provide photos and your order number.
  • Do not install the item if it appears to be damaged.

we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund where a genuine fault is confirmed.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive & inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order must go through the standard returns process.
